You might know me as the founder of RegenLIFE MDspa Clinic & RAWC-Real Authentic Women Connect Podcast & Coaching, a fitness and nutrition expert, certified personal trainer, fitness competitor, product creator, international business coach and networker and/or “that 50+ aged single mom” on social media that is fiercely passionate about my 4 kiddos, my bulldog Daisy Jane, empowering others, lover of Jesus, nature, digging and planting, live music, dancing, travel, sports, shoes….AND teaching people how to LIVE a long life YOUNG.

As we get to know each other, you will learn much more about my life journey as I get to learn about yours as well.  I am on a mission to make a positive IMPACT in women’s lives all over the world through sharing my AUTHENTIC story – the good, the bad and the ugly – my experiences, fitness and anti-aging knowledge, tools, retreats, products, charities, etc… But most importantly, my goal is to help women CONNECT with the TRUTH that they are beautiful, accepted and LOVED!  Your heavenly father has a calling and purpose for your life — and it is GOOD.

For the past 30 years, I have had this vision to encourage women of all ages to heal from the inside-out, love themselves, know they were created for a purpose, practice proper mindset and to truly see their value.  Why?  Because that is what I so desperately desired in my own life.  For 30 years I have been training, coaching and mentoring women. But guess what?  I could teach it and preach it till the cows came home, but I just couldn’t FULLY RECEIVE it for myself until a few years ago.  I want to help YOU shorten your learning curve.

In 2011, after going through a divorce and finding myself caught up in a few very bad decisions, I decided that it was ENOUGH! In order for things to change, as my great mentor, Jim Rohn would say, I HAD TO CHANGE! And I have great news to share; IT STARTS WITH MINDSET and your ENVIRONMENT.  Your thoughts become your words, your words become your actions and your actions determine your future.

My hope and prayer is that we can build an amazing tribe of women supporting, loving and encouraging each other to become our very best for ourselves, our families, friends, communities and even our businesses.  Your assignment is in your alignment — that is where you will gain FREEDOM and the POWER to walk out your destiny.
